It is important though, however to make a distinction between the different divisions of Capita. Capita Health and Wellbeing is a completely separate division of the company to Capita Employee Benefits, which is the arm that the pensions side of the business falls under.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6371203489316363738.post-39445444739693569662014-08-22T23:08:04.994+01:002014-08-22T23:08:04.994+01:00Hmm, Anonymous Capita commenter: you've just r...Hmm, Anonymous Capita commenter: you've just reminded me, never did get an explanation for the letters Capita sent me and many other random strangers regarding other people's occupational health records. Cornelius has a very comfortable, privileged life, and simply has no grasp of the challenges facing ordinary families, or those struggling to cope with disability and financial hardhsip. To him their concerns are less important than his enthusiasm for cutting tax simply on a point of ideology, based on a petty obsession, a resentment of the very the principle of taxation. For many, even the anniversary is painful, let alone a targeted 'reminder'.

Doubtless some will take up the service and applaud it, however I think it's pretty crass to seek to exploit those already buried through any targeted and direct contact with the living, especially going back 10yrs. Offer the service at burial/cremation and discreetly publicise the service at the cemetery itself would be as much as I would wish to see. That is if it has to be done at all by Capita. Surely the local florist could do this themselves anyway.... and maybe already do so?

One big question I have, is exactly who is going to pay for "bringing in experts from our core business* and "marketing and sales plans"? While I assume ONLY Capita (as they state "We will invest in these new marketing materials") will foot the bill, but will they? And, what the hell are 'marketing materials'. I know what marketing tools are, and can only assume that perhaps Capitas cost liability is possibly limited to materials only. Say leaflets, letters and signs. If so does that possibly mean labour costs are borne by the taxpayer, or am I reading this too literal, or being too cynical?

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6371203489316363738.post-48599440687042016072014-05-08T18:06:27.226+01:002014-05-08T18:06:27.226+01:00Just think, with 23p per week you could save up fo...Just think, with 23p per week you could save up for 3 weeks for a postage stamp.
