And let's not go to San Francisco, with or without flowers in our hair: hardly comparable to the way the property market works in a capital city, let alone here in London. Factors such as social housing given over to luxury developments are unique to the UK, if not to London itself. Development as such is not the issue, but the type of housing that is built, and an active consideration of need, rather than, as we have in Barnet, simply a policy of approval of almost any scheme, regardless of the impact on current residents, or proper planning in regard to infrastructure, and the provision of affordable housing.Mrs Angryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00586223909475832791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6371203489316363738.post-73441798444860965012017-07-03T20:05:51.067+01:002017-07-03T20:05:51.067+01:00Often agree with your posts. Try and see the wider issue here, and the significance to you and your family, as the NHS is subjected to prolonged assault by the party you support. Finchley Memorial was built with money provided by a Labour government. It has been starved of funding and resources by a Tory government. Perhaps you are fortunate enough to afford private healthcare, and this is of no consequence. For most of us this is a tragedy of epic proportions.Mrs Angryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00586223909475832791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6371203489316363738.post-44108621516421298222017-06-30T07:42:29.947+01:002017-06-30T07:42:29.947+01:00Odd that there is no mention of PFI, something eve...Odd that there is no mention of PFI, something even Newmark failed to understand at a hustings I attended in the Garden Suburb!
